Cafe con galletas

I was craving dipping cookies in coffee.
(I add instant coffee to heavy whipping cream, whipped it up, then pour hot canela over it.)

When I was little, late at night, my grandma would sit & have Cafe con pan Dulce or a cake with my Tias & Tios. I loved getting a little cup with coffee & hot chocolate in what I thought were fancy tea cups & that’s where I became a chismosa 🙂
