Hey guys,
I’m Walter, 21, from Italy. I play football and I cook pretty much every day.
After today’s training I made this simple plate: rigatoni, tomato sauce, a bit of speck and olive oil. Nothing fancy, but it always hits the spot.
I’m trying to build a way of eating that keeps me in shape for football and the gym without feeling like I’m on a diet all the time. Real Italian food, simple ingredients, easy meals.
