I need better jam and sauce containers/bowls for small stuff like olives and tomatoes. I made this at the end of August but I believe I included:
Prosciutto
Mild Soppressata
Mixed Olives
Grape Tomatoes
Cut Bell Peppers, Cucumber, and Carrots
Grapes
Cherries
Blue Cheese (some crumbled some solid)
Fresh Sliced Mozzarella
Sliced Provolone
Goat Cheese
Hot Pepper Jelly
Fig Jam
Stone Ground Mustard
Honey Mustard
Various Crackers
Not pictured: Also sliced up a fresh baguette but it wouldn't fit on the board.
I really love charcuterie boards. This one was aimed directly towards her tastes with only a few things she said she didnt want (#1 being the hot pepper jelly and goat cheese, because together they are only of my favorite combos) but she actually really liked it and was just hesitant because the concept was strange to her. I wish I had gotten more notice because I only had 1 day to shop and make this after work. I hope you like it! If you have any tips I'd love them, as I've only made 2 so far.
Does anyone have a tip on how to make the rose so that you can pull the "petals" out without the whole thing falling apart? I found a tutorial to use the rim of a glass to make it, and while it turned out pretty, it was rather annoying to actually eat.

This is lovely. Your mom’s very lucky!
I have not seen the rose with pull out petals but they would be easier to eat.
This looks fabulous and really delicious 🌟 😋
