
8tbps Vegan Butter
1/2 cup of flour
4 cups plain unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of Panko Breadcrumbs
1 box Cavatappi or whatever you prefer
2 packs of Violife shreds, I used colby
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Paprika
Preheat the oven to 375
Boil pasta and set aside
Make your rue, add the milk, whisk on Med to Med-High for 10 minutes till it thickens and starts to simmer
Add one pack of Violide and seasonings
Whisk until it's completely melted
Mix in your pasta
Pour the mixture in a casserole dish
Saute the breadcrumbs in butter if you want
Top with half a pack of Violife and breadcrumbs
Bake for 25 mins then broil for 2

This is almost the exact recipe that Derek Sarno posted last week or the week before. There aren’t many different ways to make a rue/processed cheese mac and cheese though.
My stomach would absolutely hate me for this but it would be totally worth it.
