First espresso machine

Hello, good morning, I would like to buy an expresso machine because I currently make my coffee with the French press and I would like to upgrade it.
What do you think of the following machine? What does 20bar mean? Any machine you recommend for this price range?
(The one I attached in the post is worth 140 USD in Argentina)
