    It’s the same as chuck roast so any suggestions for that will work here.

    Everyone on here always talking ab butter in the bag. So do that. And then 124.5 for 30-45mins tops. Finally, sear wet on low heat. 🤌🏻👌🏼🤌🏻👌🏼
