Adam and John make a fancy grilled cheese and tomato soup.

Welcome back. It’s good to the show and and my name is Adam John Congley. Start with John and Zach. We’re going to make uh some grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato basil soup. What do you say? Uh uh. Yes. First, we’re going to make our soup. And I’ll start by cutting some tomatoes. You’re hogging in it. I’m hogging the knife again. When the tomatoes are cut, spread them out on a sheet pan and oil them up. This is called olive oil. Then season with salt and whatever the hell else you want to add. Put some garlic in there for fun. Place it all in the oven and 30 minutes later. Beautiful. Dump all your roasted tomatoes and garlic in the blender. That smells really good. And add a little fresh basil for kick. And this will also go on chicken. Pour in some chicken stock and blend it all together. We forgot to season it. Going to hit it with a pinch of salt. Little bit of black pepper, garlic powder, little touch of onion powder. Then dump it all in the jacuzzi with some heavy whipping cream. And while the soup is simmering, let’s make our grilled cheese. Instead of yellow American cheese, we’re going to go a little fancy. Got a few tricks up my sleeve. Let me show you. We’re using fig jam and a combination of mozzarella and brie. And make sure to use plenty of butter. Toast both sides until they’re golden brown and crispy. And then it’s time to eat. Let’s see. Switch on over. That’s good.
