I Dry brined the wings in the fridge with some salt overnight. Then I added the wings to a bowl and with garlic power, onion powder, paprika, lemon pepper, msg, and about 2-3 tablespoons of baking powder. I laid the wings on a baking tray, seasoned them again (I seasoned the F out of them) and put them in the oven for 20 mins at 425.
After 20 mins take those bad boys out of the oven, flip them; and generously season the other sides of the wings. I cooked them for 15 more mins, took them out, and mixed them in a bowl with teriyaki sauce, some general tso sauce , and some honey. It’s a hot mix. Then I put them back in the oven (still at at 425) for 5 mins, and broiled them on high for 1-2 mins. Then I added some sesame seeds.
They were really really good and I think the generous seasoning along with the baking powder helps crisp up the skin of the chicken wing.
