Had a chinesium I didn’t know what it was all year, I didn’t see a fruit so I threw the whole plant to the compost this morning. At the last second, I saw this little guy and rescued him.

I’m assuming some sort of scorpion ? I didn’t let it fully get ripe because I was clearing the garden for winter.

Beautiful tail and wrinkles tho. I’d save the seeds but it was planted next to about 7 other varieties and cross pollination def happens in my garden . Lots of bugs lol

    Why wouldnt you want tot try growing cross pollinated seeds? Ive collected a ton this year, having no idea if they were grown next to different varieties hoping to find some cross pollinated ones. Sometimes those peppers are really good
