
12 hour slow roast in the oven.
Before anyone says “that’s from a restaurant!”. Nope. I have 8 plastic baskets and lining paper from a restaurant supply store.
Anyway, I tried a flour tortilla as well. I did not care for it with this combo.
Also, sprinkled a little chicken/tomato bullion crack on the lime. 🤌🏻 Valentina hot sauce. I have about 4 more pounds to go. It looks like burritos with pico are in my near future. 😋
