
got it about a week ago and have always had pit boss where i prime and set a temp. not sure how to get it going with smoke i did chicken and didn’t get too much smoke don’t want to leave the dial on smoke and the temp be so low. but dont want it on 225-max with no smoke. just genuinely confused

Don’t know much about this brand, but if it’s just another generic cheap-o Chinese smoker it’s gonna struggle on its own to get Smokey flavor.
You can try a pellet tube.
Just look it up on youtube there’s gotta be a review somewhere
