From a restaurant, no. At home where I am the only one touching it, yes. I just don’t do rare at a restaurant.

Sure. But I wouldn’t pay for it outside . There is no crust, it is unevenly cooked. Some parts are raw rather than rare. At home, yes I would although I might pan sear my piece for 30 seconds on each side.

Im Brazilian and yes I would but it needs a crust
