Kerby’s Koney Island reopens in Southfield: This neighborhood diner has been closed since June 2023 following a devastating fire. Chef Brendon Edwards leaves Batch Brewing Company: After bringing chef-driven cuisine to this Corktown brewery, chef Edwards is moving on from Batch Brewing. “I’m proud of what we’ve built here, and I’ll keep cheering this place on,” he said on social media.
