Ingredients:
White Beans 1 Cup (Boiled)
Canned Tuna Fish (130gm) 1 piece
Lettuce 1 cup
1 Small Onion (Chopped)
Red Bell Pepper 1/3 Cup (Diced)
1 Celery Stalk (Chopped)
Pickled Cucumber 1/3 Cup
Green Onions 1/4 Cup
Caper 2 Tbsp
Fresh Arugula (Rocket) 1/2 cup
Fresh cilantro
Fresh Dill

Dressing:
Olive oil 35 ml
Lemon juice 35 ml
Salt as per taste
3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
Black Pepper as per taste
Oregano 1 Tsp
Basil 1 Tsp
Dijon Mustard 1 Tbsp
Combine all the above ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk well.
Dressing for salad is ready.
Directions:
– Pour the can of white beans into a bowl and drain the excess water.
– Drain the can of Tuna.
– Combine the ingredients in a bowl
lettuce, chopped onion, red bell pepper, Celery, chopped pickled cucumber, green onions and caper.
– Now add white beans.
– Add Drained Tuna
-Now add dressing in salad and mix.
-Add Some Fresh cilantro, Fresh dill and Arugula and mix. salad is ready to serve
