I’m in a bit of a hurry so I just screenshot my recipe and it’ll be in the comments under this post.

I’d already tried swapping 12g of water for olive oil, but the flavour was too pronounced. This is my second time trying avocado oil and I think my basic recipe is complete.

It lasted 3 full days being nice and soft in tight parchment paper and a bread box, which was the point. I’ve come a long way. I hope you give it a try!

The recipe I use most often has avocado oil and honey in it, and it’s always sooo soft and delish!

Can you tell us why you use Einkhorn and love using it? I see that in your screenshot.

In my basic loaf I’ve been using 10% Avocado Oil for the past few months and it’s a game changer for me! Softer crust but it’s still crisp and the crumb is also softer! I had to lower the hydration level from 70% to 62% for a good feel! Plus the fact that 20% of my flour is Einkorn! Mmmmmmmmm LOL
