pat the owner shared the recipe here and oh my god its sooooo good. made it at home tonight and it turned out absolutely amazing. will definitely be making this many times in the future.
the curry powder and the red wine vinegar work so well together, i never would of thought to combine those but it just twerks. we even made some HEB chicken and bbq style beans just to justify eating the coleslaw lol.
huge thank you to pat for sharing this. honestly we should start a cookbook of our favorite dishes from now closed austin restaurants. what would yall want to see in something like that?
still miss ruby’s but hey at least we have the coleslaw recipe!
