    The seasoning you sprinkled on top gives it such a good finish. I love when gyudon has that mix of sweet savory, and a little hit of heat. And that long slice you lifted in the second picture looks so tender.

  2. One of my favorite lazy and great tasting dishes to make especially if I have leftover rice.
    I use a dry dashi to make the sauce/stock and i usually have frozen thinly sliced brisket.
    That reminds me i need to slice up more.
    Looks great!
