Make sure to dust off well after each use, especially around the blades. When too much starch/flour builds up it can get stuck. And now you’re going to be unable to find a tech to fix it because Yamato just closed all of their US offices. The only tech is in California and you’d need to fly him out to do repairs. We bought a backup because of this.
