Advice please:
What do you think about the titles for my videos, I want to spread my vegan recipes with a large audience on YouTube/Reddit so more people (vegan, veg, omni) will try vegan food. I always put vegan as the first word in my title so people clearly know what I’m cooking and I’m not accused of tricking people or with the recent EU dairy/meat words not being used for vegan products. Should I keep doing this, put vegan at the end of the title or just remove the word completely so more people are likely to watch the recipe without being turned away by the word vegan.

Thanks in advance, the recipe video is here if you want to watch: Vegan Spinach and Tofu Triangles

or the written recipe is below if you just want a quick read:

Spinach and Tofu Triangles (Makes 12-16)
Ingredients:
3 to 4 store-bought puff pastry sheets (thawed),
4 cups packed (~120g) spinach,
1/2 onion,
450g firm tofu, 1/2 tsp salt,
1 tbsp lemon juice,
1 tbsp minced garlic,
1/2 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp pepper,
4 puff pastry sheets, cut into quarters.
Method:
1. Thaw the puff pastry sheets.
2. Preheat the oven to 180C or 390F.
3. Add the spinach and onion to a food processor. Process until chopped.
4. Tear the firm tofu into the food processor, add the lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and process until the tofu is broken into small pieces.
5. Cut the thawed pastry into 4 pieces.
6. Take a spoonful of the spinach and tofu mixture and place it in the corner of the pastry, shape into a triangle with some room around the edge.
7. Fold the pastry diagonally in half over the mixture, seal the two sides together by pressing together. Cut some slits in the top of each for the steam to escape.
8. Repeat with all of the mixture (It should make between 12-16 depending on size).
9. Place on a baking tray, bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and flaky. Eat hot, enjoy!

It looks so delicious, I will definitely try it! I think it’s good that you put the word ‘vegan’ in the title somewhere. When I’m looking for recipes, I tend to skip those that are not specified to be vegan. Most omni food contains some kind of animal product in it and I don’t like to bother myself with finding a substitute. People who are offended/put off by the word won’t become vegan soon anyway.
