I am in shock… I eat this stuff every week. Who should I report to other than Costco and the manufacturer?

Costco, the manufacturer, and the FDA are the highest places you can report it too.
If people suggest the Better Business Bureau, don’t waste your time on them. They’re not a government agency and hold no authority. They’re essentially another version of Yelp that charges companies annually to keep a high rating.

Years ago a large piece of glass fell out of a bottle of root beer I had just poured out to make root beer floats for my daughter and I. I took pictures and I called the company.
They were very apologetic and a week later a large box arrived full of merch and promo items and other products they make. That seemed fair. Nobody got hurt. I wasn’t looking to sue them I just wanted them to know what happened in case there was something they needed to address on their end to prevent it.

Was it in the fish?

Are you sure it’s glass? A few years ago I found something similar in a can of salmon and posted it online. Someone said it may be some sort of crystal like this.

It’s struvite crystals… search the subreddit for “crystal” [https://www.mashed.com/749688/heres-what-the-crystals-in-your-canned-seafood-really-are/](https://www.mashed.com/749688/heres-what-the-crystals-in-your-canned-seafood-really-are/) This topic needs to be pinned.
You can check if it’s struvite crystals if it dissolves in an acid like vinegar.
Welp gotta check my stash.
