This is the Sushi Deluxe from Tomoe 21 in the village. It’s $59 ($47 if you dine in) and comes with 10 pieces of nigiri, miso soup, a roll (mine was half salmon, half yellowtail. This was so good. So it’s a lot and there’s no toro or uni as you can see, you do get Tamago which I love, Ikura, scallop, sweet shrimp,and what I loved about this, is that you massive pieces of extremely fresh fish. It’s so well prepared. You can tell these are chefs that love what they’re doing. It’s too pricey for me to be a regular spot but this was such a treat. When I first looked at it I was like, meh. And then by the end I was super impressed by this. When I worked in the village years ago, I used to come here a lot. Super happy to see that quality hasn’t dipped. But price has massively increased.
