Is Dubai’s Viral Paratha Burger…Overhyped? 🤔
This creation from @klaybykarakhouse went MEGA VIRAL while I was away, so this was the first place I wanted to visit now I’m back 🏃♂️
And I’ll be honest, I’d heard mixed reviews, with some people claiming it was oily or greasy and others saying it was great 🤔
So the verdict….It’s excellent! ⭐️
Is it the best burger in Dubai? It’s not trying to be. Is it an absolute Dubai creation, definitely yes! 👍
However I love brands getting creative and they deserve all the success they have received 👏

Is the paratha burger overhyped? This thing went mega viral. Got a factory of chefs making the paratha fresh to order. They’re then toasting it on the grill, getting it crispy. Then they put in two smashed waggy patties. They’ve got like a dynamite chipotle style sauce. Caramelized onions. Nice and crispy on the outside. I fear it might be a bit oily, but I’m just going to go straight in and taste it. You know what? I see exactly what the fuss is about. The parasa is excellent. It’s crispy. It’s flaky. And then you’ve just got the meatiness and then the sweetness of the caramelized onions. I thought it was going to be really oily. It’s actually not. Overhyped. Definitely not.

It supposed to be oily because paratha dough already contain lots of oil and then they fry pan again with oil, not to mention the grease from the fry pan burger n sauce 😂😂n cheese ofc, it is oil bomb
