Just finished converting my Eureka Mignon Specialita to grind-by-weight, and honestly… it’s been such a nice upgrade. My espresso workflow is faster, more consistent, and there’s something extra satisfying about modding your own machine and not turning it into e-waste in the process 🤣

The mod does require some electronics tinkering! think soldering, wiring, and sourcing the right components, so I’d only recommend it if you’re comfortable with that level of DIY. But if you are, it’s 100% worth it.

Grind by weight is an awesome feature, that’s why I bought Eureka Mignon Libra, been pretty happy with it
What did it grind by before the mod?
Will firmware work on Helios 65?
Be careful you are going to attract the hate of purist who do not trust any integrated scale, grinder, timer and thermometer in any appliances. They love having a cluttered kitchen counter full of coffee things to compensate their lack of curiosity in any other thing in their life.
