I honestly don’t have a process, this was literally the second thing I’ve done after an iffy smoking of chicken breasts. Look up Hey Grill Hey on YT (not plugging, literally just found it on a search) and put in eye of round. I think the searing worked great. As for the sauce, I wish there was more. Lemme know if you try it!
