Eataly has arrived in downtown West Palm Beach, bringing its signature Italian charm to the city. The beloved international marketplace and culinary destination has opened inside the historic Harriet Himmel Hall, unveiling more than 23,000 square feet of food, culture and theatrical flair in the heart of CityPlace. Part market, part restaurant collection and part cooking school, Eataly offers everything from artisanal pasta and fresh truffles to Neapolitan pizza and Italian wines, all under one historic roof.
“We want our guests to feel as if they’ve been transported to Italy the moment they step into Eataly West Palm Beach,” says Tommaso Brusò, CEO of Eataly North America. “We strive to cultivate a warm, inviting environment where people can relax, connect and enjoy meaningful time together.” For Palm Beachers who pride themselves on good taste, it’s a welcome addition to the city’s culinary scene.

La Pizza & La Pasta anchors the main floor with plates that travel from northern Italy to the southern coast.
A standout feature of the new location is its thoughtful integration of history, culture and immersive experiences. The century-old Harriet Himmel Hall, once a 1920s-era church and performance space, has been meticulously reimagined, honoring its architectural heritage while introducing Eataly’s signature contemporary Italian flair. A centerpiece of the space is a large-scale mural by world-renowned artist Tristan Eaton, which blends classic Italian iconography with a Palm Beach twist. For the first time in North America, Eataly has integrated a full performance stage into its marketplace, where guests can enjoy live music, culinary demonstrations and special events beneath soaring arches that showcase the hall’s historic grandeur.
