






Such a cozy restaurant. The co-owner Ray is so kind (as is the rest of the staff) and talks through a bunch of the dishes. Everything was super tasty & flavorful, especially the taco & scallop:
- Breakfast taco w/ soy marinated egg, hasbrown, roe & uni
- Raw Hokkaido scallop over cauliflower purée
- Turnip cake w/ grilled langoustine
- Mushroom Cannelloni w/ white truffle (kinda like a lasagna)
- Short rib with blueberry & butternut squash pave
- Goat milk ice cream w/ honeycomb & caviar
- Carrot cake w/ sour cream ice cream (it was confirmed very sour)
