First brisket! :D

I got a relatively small choice brisket for my first cook on my recteq deckboss.

Salt, pepper, garlic powder; 225 for ~8 hours until it was 185 then into a 150 degree oven overnight.

Whole family loved it, but next time I think I’ll go with prime!
