Serving for 5 people 

4 tablespoon (45 ml) oil
3 (150 g) large onion chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
1 inch ginger minced
1 teaspoon garam masalah
3 (370 g) medium tomatoes chopped 
3 cups (400 g) basmati rice (washed and soaked for at least 30 minutes before using)
12 oz (350 g) raw king prawns
3 cups/750ml water 
1/2 cup of yoghurt 
2 bunch of Dill leaves 
4 green Chillies

3 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground coriander

Hello everyone. Cle is clean the prawns and we’re going to cook uh rice rice prawns to to show how is cleaning the prawns. First take the tile and after chop this hat take like this and take scissor because this is sh is bit hard to do it and cut like this easy to take outside the prrawns you see it’s not messed up and when I clean this brrawns clean up after I soak water like a 10 minutes and he pour everything that we have we have to wash really good. I put the olive oil. I put avocado oil. This is healthy. And now you see that the onion is getting brown brown color. And I’m going to add the masala. First I’m going to add the ginger. Uh this is ginger and garlic is two together. I have I add all this ginger and garlic. [Music] and clean all. And I add in there. And now we’re going to add tomato inside. I don’t like that uh like too brown. This color is okay. This color is nice color. When you even cook with onion is going to die. Don’t put too much onion. And I’m going to put the masala, grind masala, and still uh ginger, garlic, grandma, masala, um turmeric, and red chili powder. And we I’m going to add this the chili inside. and mix and chili is if you like to chop up to your green chili is hot and spicy. I like the gly so nice yummy and we’re going to cook this tomato. And I’m going to add water inside. You have to add bit more water. This water is not enough. It’s three cups rice. You have to measure your cups. Three cups rice. You add like a six cups water because I don’t have to. I just measure from my ice. You have to add more water. That’s enough. And when you going to you the flame is low flames. You have to cook rice low flames. Take slowly uh take time to cook rice because rice is very cooked and very fast cook. If you want a nice rice pl always low heat. I close lid now.
