
I forgot to get a picture of the whole thing, but here are two slices. It was pretty good. I’d make it again, but instead of just spraying olive oil in the cake pan, I’d use parchment paper, as the shallots stuck to the bottom and I had to scrape them out to put them on the pastry. But the flavor was great.
