
man, i’ve been thinking about ruby’s bbq lately and that creamy coleslaw they had. used to get the chopped beef with a side of slaw back when i was a UT student 1 jillion years ago and it was honestly perfect every time.
i was not a coleslaw person before i tried thiers and it completely changed my mind in just one visit. something about how creamy it was
hit just right.
does anyone remember this fever dream or have a recipe that’s similar or know what made it so good? i want to try making it at home but i have no idea where to start.
