I had already had the oxo grinder since I was making mostly pour overs at the house. I then saw a post about this Delonghi ECP3630 and people were saying it wasn’t a bad machine, the person also got it for like 40-50 dollars. I found one for 60 on eBay pretty much brand new. I upgraded the steam wand and the portafilter. It does a pretty good job at making a cappuccino. I think the whole setup is under 200. I do want to upgrade the grinder eventually.

Grinding by time instead of by weight is not lunacy I want to endure at the beginning of my morning.
What grinder is that? I don’t think I have ever seen it before
I have the same machine. Where did you source your portafilter? Someone mentioned aliexpress for the 2 ear portafilter. I see many sellers there with portafilters but have never bought anything on aliexpress and not sure about it.
Have the same machine, even got it 70% off on clearance. Been pretty happy with it so far.

Good choice. I just replaced (still hesitate to say upgraded) Gaggia Viva with DeLonghi EC 260. I’m still waiting for unpressurized 51mm gadgets to arrive, but I’m already having decent results. Learned few bits by unpressurizing Viva portafilter, but it was hard to find other upgrade options.
Buy a second one and you have a cheap dual boiler setup!
