Once a year I try to make cinnamon rolls around the holidays. I'm so happy with my growth this year compared to last. Still not perfect, filling ran out and shaping but still so happy with the results. Journey before destination 😁

Great progress! If the centers start to pop out while they are baking, you can take the back of a spoon and gently push them back down.
