The texture of hot mango is not where it’s at. A slice of cold mango might be good, though.

I would make this as a dessert pseudo pizza with a sticky rice “crust”. But not this way.

I want there to be a way to rehabilitate this pizza, because I believe there is a way to make it work.
You’d need something savory to go with it, or have the mango be like a chutney. For slices of mango, the only way I can think to save it would be to make it in a Thai style. Chilies, fish sauce, peanuts, maybe shrimp or crab. Like a som tam pizza at that point.

I like the idea, but why does it look so wet?
