I’m starting a job tomorrow (if all goes well) as head of coffee for a local bakery with a very high reputation. I used to own my own coffee shop (closed it this year to go back to college) so I’m pretty experienced but I’ve never worked on the E65S! I know all their other equipment like the back of my hand, but any tips, troubleshooting, etc for this would be majorly helpful!
There’s currently no lead baristas and the owners have so much experience in food and restaurants, but no coffee experts at all since the last one left to open his own place. Any advice is appreciated!
