Make small slits in the eggplants Place the eggplants on a baking tray. Bake at 200°C until the eggplants are tender 1 onion 1 red pepper 1 green pepper 2 garlic cloves Add the chopped onion Add the chopped peppers 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp paprika,1 tsp salt Stir and turn off the heat While the meat cooks, the eggplants in the oven are now ready Remove the skins from the cooked eggplants Finely chop the eggplants until they reach a mashed texture Add the chopped garlic Transfer to a bowl 1 tsp salt,1 cup strained yogurt, 1 cup regular yogurt Mix well Heat 1 piece of charcoal until red hot. Pour chili-infused oil over it and cover the dish immediately. It will give an incredible smoky aroma Keep the lid on for 3 minutes to let the smoky aroma infuse.
