We've had our Recteq Bullseye 380 for about a year and a half. We ran into a new problem tonight, and are looking for some advice on how to resolve the issue.
Before we gave up, the motor for the auger fell backwards and knocked itself out of alignment three times, so it wouldn't feed pellets. That white round part in the image slipped out of place each time. The motor attaches to that rod, but we removed it when we thought it was a simple auger jam.
It's my understanding that this part is supposed to be further in: but even with two of us pushing, it won't go any further. Of course we've tried taking out the screws to get it back in place, but it just won't go in any further.
Any ideas how we're supposed to get that back in place? And to secure it where it belongs so it doesn't slip out again?
Thanks!
