The only head that’s not good
Is that the standard pour for that region? In the States, it’s about half as much head. But in Japan, it’s pretty similar
It has to be that way, otherwise the beer will oxidise too quickly! Because the beer is fresh! 🫶

Looks phenomenal, even the huge head. It will settle quite a bit by the time it’s at the table. Dude knows what he’s doing.
I wouldn’t need any other food.
I live in Germany. Standard head *after* the first few half liters are usually about a cm shorter than pictured. Fun fact, there is also an engraved line on every glass showing the amount. Manages expectations and complaints great!

I just know that beer’s taste is divine, and I haven’t even tried it.
Wish I could get into beers. Have yet to find one I can actually enjoy.

I am missing this kegs being pulled out of a cool cellar, opened and get a glass right away. Not to mention the quality of locally brewed beer in certain parts of Germany like Cologne, Duesseldorf and Munic.
