Christmas Tree Bites Ingredients1 round of brie 12 pretzel sticks 3 tbsp flat leaf parsley 3 tbsp pistachios 3 tbsp dried cranberries 2 tbsp real bacon bits 2 tbsp rosemary ¼ cup honey DirectionsSlice the brie into 6 even triangles. Cut each triangle in half vertically, so that one side shows the soft cheese and the other side keeps the rind, for a total of 12 triangles in all. Insert a pretzel stick through the base of a brie triangle to form the trunk of the christmas tree. Repeat with the remaining brie triangles and pretzel sticks. Place the parsley, pistachios, cranberries, bacon bits, and rosemary on a cutting board. Using a chef’s knife, chop the ingredients until they are finely chopped. Pour the honey onto a small plate. Dip the cut side of the brie triangle into the honey. Let any excess honey drip off, then dip into the nut mixture. Repeat with the remaining pieces of brie.
