    I know this is 2 meals together but this is how people doing this diet should eat. Loads and loads of whole foods. The amount of silly posts I see of 3 mcnuggets and a leaf of lettuce for dinner. If you’re keeping your calories to 1200 per day, the foods you eat should be chocked full of nutrients essential to keep your body healthy. Calories is only one of the metrics to follow and track to live healthily.
