Pork chops for me and the kids, salmon for the wife. And Sherman the dog enjoyed the leftovers.

Good Boi Sherman. Hope a few sausages fell on the floor.

Cooking it way out there on the drive or back porch. It’s an A+ for fire safety.

Sherman knows he’s going to get some good food

With so little in sight, it kinda looks like you went to find a random parking lot and cooked on it.

The Weber Kettle is the absolute best all-around workhorse, no doubt about it.

  6. My gasser died a few years ago. I had a Kamado for probably 8-9 years.

I ended up getting rid of that last year, got a Weber Master touch kettle and haven’t looked back.

Between that and a Blackstone on my deck, I can do pretty much anything that I need to.

Got rid of Oklahoma Joe and a pellet grill and bought a Weber. Never looked back

They’re temperamental little shits lol, but that’s also part of the fun to me also if I’m not doing something serious.

Agreed. I have a 2 Weber Genesis (one converted to a flat top), an egg, and a pizza oven, but the Performer still does all the heavy lifting.
