Viral @traderjoes Ceviche
This was pretty good! I would rate this trend an 8 out of 10. The calamari was chewy, and the flavor had a mild fishy taste. It went well with all the different flavors from the mango salsa.
Ingredients:

Tinned Calamari
Cilantro (Optional, but I had a bunch left in the fridge)
