Yeeeeeeeeeeeee~!!! My first sourdough loaf!

The starter has taken me two solid months until it consistently doubled in size 😮‍💨. Excited to perfect this and try different flavors. I feel this should have been proofed more? It is a little lopsided. Still exciting tho~!
