Edit: on second thought I’m not sure this is a PIZZA crime, cause that looks like pita, which means that the pink crap is likely some sort of slaw with beets and yogurt sauce, with some sort of meatball instead of doner. It looks like it’s a janky Swedish doner kebab wrap. I move to dismiss the case from the pizza courts, and move it to a more appropriate venue. The Turks would like a word, Sweden.

The pink thing looks like (and most likely is) beetroot salad in mayo topped with the driest factory-made meatballs there are on some kind of flatbread or tortilla.

Anything you have to eat off the pizza before picking up a slice is not a topping.
Pizzas are not plates for other snacks. By all means serve meatballs and pizza, but either put em on the side or slice them until they can be toppings
