Plant is 2 month old, there has been some heavy thunderstorm rain and also very hot 38 celcius days interchangeably for a few weeks now. These wrinkles only happen on the newer leaves

Looks what I saw on my peppers, someone called it tobacco mosaic virus / tomato mosaic virus. I’m not 💯 sure though.
It will also affect the fruits unfortunately if it’s the same thing. They will grow weird.
