    Edit: these chive posts have created a sense of community here. It’s going to be sad when they end. Will you do a weekly or monthly chive post for fun at all? Or move to a different vegetable, or do something else like trying to perfect cooking something a certain way?

    I’m not a chef and I will never chop chives, but I have to say when I ate Ramen the other day I was silently judging the chef who prepared my meal, as his chives did not come close to even these not perfect specimens. I shall never see chives the same way again!
