  2. cornonthekopp

A fruit, a vegetable, two sources of carbs, and some protein yep thats a nutritionally balanced meal

  3. I’m curious, do you dip the carrot or just plainly chewing it?

  4. ValuableRiver6859

That carrot has some suspicious crust on it

  5. withbellson

Wrapped Ritz banging around in there with unprotected peanut butter. Interesting.

Someone is keeping their insides in a permanent state of confusion.

  8. KyleCXVII

That’s like 400 calories worth of peanut butter

  9. El_kakas_de_vakas

Maybe nutritional balance isn’t the best measure for the quality of a meal

At first I thought the peanut butter was some sort of boiled organ

You’re gonna make BOWEL movements that your colon can’t fathom

Only issue I see is the unpeeled carrot. And it’s not even trimmed.

Gotta keep the pancreas on its toes. Respect.

There’s like 10 different flavors here that’s vile

  15. Sharktooth134

Do people eat unpeeled carrots regularly?

The cream on that cupcake looks divine :0

Peanut butter with ritz is always a goated combo

  18. ParasomniacInvader

You at least washed that carrot, right?

  19. The adult lunchable of depression and misery.

  20. I think this would be dietitian-approved if you added a protein (peanut butter isn’t quite enough) and swapped the crackers out for a complex carb source (even whole grain crackers). But it’s not bad at all. Some people have a donut and a coffee for breakfast.

This reminds me of a diet that was recommended by the army back in the 80s-90s. It was so random.

  22. Sproose_Moose

So many people on this sub eat raw, unpeeled carrots.

  23. ImmediateThroat112

Breakfast of champions or a culinary crime? You decide!

  24. c0neyisland

I mean that’s not so bad actually? It’s a pretty balanced meal?

  25. Zarkrash

What a way to have like ~1200 or so calories? (Peanut butter has crazy calorie content)

This looks like my toddler’s idea of a perfect breakfast.
