My favorite sprouts with tremendous positive effect on hormones : flax and fenugreek. Both are champs in insoluble fiber, too. Which makes them my preferred foods for my gut microbiota

    Do you sprout them yourself? I do lentil sprouts and a microgreen mix (alfalfa/broccoli/radish/clover) personally, but always interested in expanding.
