
for when you just really need pancakes. I've posted these before but have been making them again lately – I forgot how good they are! these will keep you full for hours.
recipe:
50g rolled oats, quick oats also work.
110g cottage cheese or ricotta
1 egg
1tsp vanilla essence
1tsp maple syrup
1/2 TSP baking powder
1tblsp milk or water or whatever, to thin the mixture to your liking.
blitz until almost smooth. cook over medium heat like normal pancakes. they make 5 good sized pancakes. serve with fruit (today was greek yoghurt, blackberries, blueberries and stewed green apple with hemp seeds).
