If ya know , ya know. If you don’t, order a jar(or case) from them. You won’t be disappointed. Great lung burn when used in nice quantities

It’s delicious. The trick is to make sure you refrigerate it as soon as it arrives even before you open it. Horseradish flavor degrades quickly but keeping it cold slows that down.
