Curling leaves help

Hi all!

This is my second year growing and Ive got 10 plants going in pots but almost all of them have this problem with the new growth.

I’m unsure even with google so I came here, please tell me what I’m doing wrong I will be heartbroken if I lose them all 🥲

New growth is curled in first two pics, last two show previous growth that looks okay(?)
